My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had too many small lights that stayed on all night, which was quite annoying and made it hard to sleep, especially when concerts were held in the park nearby, resulting in a noisy environment. The service, however, was excellent with staff going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and even offering helpful shopping tips when needed.
The hotel is situated in the lively Nisantasi area of Istanbul, perfect for shopping and dining experiences. The rooms offer a nice park view and are quite comfortable, with excellent service from the well-trained and professional staff. However, there were some challenges with lost luggage and communication during our stay.
